Shipping policy
All items are shipped via Canada Post. I cannot be held responsible for delays in shipping due to the shipping companies errors (including local deliveries or international customs) Once shipped, it is out of our hands on when it will arrive. NO TRACKING ON PACKAGES OUTSIDE OF CANADA TO KEEP COSTS LOWER.
Delivery times are not guaranteed due to the current world events with COVID-19
Processing time is generally 1-3 business days. However for larger orders, processing time could be longer, I will message the buyer if there will be a significant delay. The processing time DOES NOT include delivery time. ORDERS ARE PROCESSED IN THE ORDER WHICH THEY ARE PAID FOR, unless contact has been made with me prior to ship by a certain date.
If your item is required by a specific date, I strongly suggest to get your order in early, and make sure you message me when you need it. Although it doesn't happen often, items can be damaged. This gives time to ship a replacement.
All items are carefully packaged, but upon purchase, you are recognizing Canada Post DOES NOT insure GLASS items. Any damaged item requires a picture of the item to be replaced.
LOCAL pickup can be arranged in the Sarnia or Chatham Ontario area, please message me prior to purchase and I will send you a coupon code for pick up (so you save the shipping charges)
On smaller items, there is NO tracking number to keep the cost of shipping low, if you would like a tracking number please message me before purchase for a shipping quote.

USA 7- 21 business days
INTERNATIONAL 14 business days - 12 weeks for letter. Packages are now 2-4 MONTHS OR longer pending the current world events with COVID-19
